Existing redirect services in a link you supply still govern that link. A printed static QR cannot be converted into a managed dynamic QR; you need a new image and replacement print.

Is it really free?
Yes. Generate and download PNG or SVG without an account, email, payment, trial or subscription. There is no generation quota or expiry fee.
Will the downloaded QR expire?
We do not impose an expiry. The QR contains fixed data, independent of this generator. A linked website can change, disappear or stop working on its own.
Can I edit the destination later?
No. Generate a new QR and replace the image or print. Managed dynamic signs use a separate permanent redirect URL so destinations can be edited behind that URL.
Do you track my scans or save my content?
No scan tracking is inserted. Your input and generated image stay in this browser during generation; we do not upload or store them. Ordinary website access and security logs may still apply when this page is served.
Which format should I print?
Use SVG for a sign maker or scalable artwork. PNG is useful for digital documents and fixed-size layouts. Keep the white border intact and test the final print with a phone. No universal print-size or scan-distance guarantee applies.
